Refund Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Refund Policy describes how cancellations, refunds and services already rendered are handled for consulting services provided by LinkMindFL LLC.
1. Nature of Services
Consulting services are professional advisory services delivered through personalized engagements. Fees are based on the time, expertise and deliverables agreed in each consulting agreement.
2. Services Already Rendered
Consulting fees corresponding to services already rendered, sessions already conducted, deliverables already produced or project milestones already completed are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by the Client
- Before services begin: If written notice of cancellation is received before any service is rendered, a partial refund may be issued, excluding any non-refundable initial fees or third-party costs already incurred.
- During an engagement: The client may cancel an ongoing engagement in accordance with the cancellation terms defined in the consulting agreement. Fees for work performed up to the effective date of cancellation remain payable.
- Monthly advisory: Monthly advisory or retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Clients may cancel renewal for the following period with prior written notice as specified in the agreement.
4. Cancellation by LinkMindFL
If LinkMindFL is unable to deliver contracted services, the client will receive a pro-rata refund for services paid but not rendered.
5. Rescheduling of Sessions
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice. Missed sessions without notice may be considered rendered and are non-refundable.
6. Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to linkmindflllc@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Governing Agreement
The specific consulting agreement signed between LinkMindFL and the client governs the refund and cancellation terms applicable to that engagement. In the event of any conflict, the consulting agreement prevails over this general policy.
